Window to the World

On Wednesday while I was getting ready for work, Bennie was sitting on my bed chewing on his sock. Like every morning, just as I was getting ready to head out, I pulled the curtains back in my room. The major difference was, for the first time, Bennie discovered that the windows looked outside. This opened a WHOLE NEW WORLD for him. Now, every chance he gets he stares out the windows. This weekend, I even put the futon down in my living room so he could sit and look outside. That is, during those short times when we weren’t outside ourselves already. It was beautiful outside this weekend!
